Proposed Kaipara District Plan
The Proposed Kaipara District Plan, which controls how the District develops and is managed for the next ten years, was publicly notified on 21 October 2009. This website has been set up just for the Proposed Kaipara District Plan which will provide you with the following information as it becomes available:-
The website will be kept updated to keep you informed of the process that Council is following to achieve an operative Kaipara District Plan.
Submissions on the Proposed Kaipara District Plan
Over 450 submissions were received and the submissions have now been summarised into a Summary of Submissions Report.
The further submission period starts on Monday 1 March and closes 5pm Friday 12 March 2010. For more information on making a further submission go to the Have Your Say page.
We want to thank all of those people that made a submission on the Plan. Their comments and feedback will help us to make sure that the Plan can deliver sustainable land use, development and subdivisioin in the District for the next 10 years.
