Submissions that have been forwarded to the Council's Annual Plan submission process
There were some issues raised in submissions that were not relvant to the content of the Proposed District Plan. Many of these issues related to the timing (e.g. whether the Plan should be put on hold) or the costs of the Review. It is more appropriate that these issues are considered in Council's Annual Plan / Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) consultation as they relate to Council budgets and programmes. These submissions have been forwarded to the Council's Annual Plan submission process and will be considered in the Hearings on the Annual Plan / Long Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP) in May 2010.
