Estuary Estates Chapter
The Estuary Estates Chapter is a ‘rollover’ of the existing Private Plan Change 22, Mangawhai Estuary Estates Structure Plan to the Operative Kaipara District Plan. Council have decided to roll over the provisions of Plan Change 22 due to its recent Council decision (October 2007) and adoption.
