Decisions version of the Proposed Kaipara District Plan

The decisions version of the Proposed Kaipara District Plan and the 35 Decision Reports are now ready and have been publicly notified.

All submitters and further submitters have the right to lodge an Appeal with the Environment Court, should they wish. The Resource Management Act allows 30 working days for appeals to be lodged from when the notice of decisions is served. The notice of decisions is considered 'served' when a public notice appears in the four newspapers that cover Kaipara District.
